PKR 999 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

1Introduction

3Eligibility

4Account Registration

• Not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide deliberately misleading information.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Ensure you hold only one active account on pkr 999. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms.

pkr 999 reserves the right to require document verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC is a standard industry practice and exists to protect both the Player and the Platform from fraud and identity theft.

Providing false information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate account closure. In such cases, any balance — real money or bonus — may be withheld pending investigation.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr 999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time PINs with any third party under any circumstances.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pkr 999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your pkr 999 balance in real time. pkr 999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If pkr 999 identifies a third-party deposit, the funds may be returned and the account suspended.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• pkr 999 targets processing Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 5 minutes. Bank transfers are typically processed within 1–2 business hours. These are target times, not contractual guarantees — verification delays or banking system issues outside our control may extend these timescales.
• Withdrawal requests for Real Money Funds may be submitted at any time. Withdrawals of Bonus-derived winnings are only available once applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• pkr 999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests. Such checks will be completed as promptly as possible and players will be notified if documentation is required.
• pkr 999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or payment provider are outside our control.

7Bonuses & Promotions

pkr 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds at pkr 999 carry a 25× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. This means a Rs 10,000 bonus requires Rs 250,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Video slots typically contribute 100%. • One Bonus at a Time: Players may only participate in one active bonus promotion at any time on pkr 999. Bonus funds cannot be stacked unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: pkr 999 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected. Examples include using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee turnover, or any similar practice.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome match bonus at pkr 999 is available to new players on their first deposit only. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus. Players who request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit their bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pkr 999 are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pkr 999 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets unless the relevant game or market rules explicitly provide for cancellation in specific circumstances (such as an abandoned match or technical void).

• For football betting and other sports markets: if a match is postponed before it begins, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned. If a match begins but is abandoned, standard industry rules apply based on the competition's official settlement criteria.

• Crash games (including Aviator) use Provably Fair algorithms. All round outcomes are generated before the round begins and are verifiable by players. pkr 999 does not interfere with crash game outcomes.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr 999 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering — using pkr 999 to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Multiple account creation — holding more than one account whether in your own name or under another identity.

10Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including sharing passwords or OTPs with third parties.

In any event, pkr 999's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14Amendments to These Terms

pkr 999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr 999 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Where practically possible, notify registered players via in-platform notification or email of significant changes before they take effect.

Your continued use of pkr 999 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

15Governing Law & Disputes

pkr 999 will not engage with chargebacks initiated directly with payment providers before the internal dispute resolution process has been completed. Initiating a chargeback before exhausting the internal process is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account restrictions.
